Hawthorn Hollow was founded out of a deep love for the land. For more than 50 years, this nature sanctuary and arboretum have connected people to nature through environmental education. Visitors are invited to explore a 12-acre arboretum, wooded trails in the Pike River Valley, prairies, gardens, and historic buildings that reflect Somers’ past.
Hawthorn Hollow is owned and operated by the Hyslop Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization established in 1964.
